This weekend we took Braden to the Denver Zoo. It was as much for Shannon and Brian as it was for Braden. We were dying to get out and see the sights around CO.
Here's Brian and Braden at the Elephant exhibit. Note Braden's imitation of an elephant trunk. NO he is really throwing a fit (what's new) because his dad won't let him run around the zoo on his own.
Here's Mommy and Braden watching the camels and a very friendly peacock. Braden had no fear towards the peacock, and moments earlier had to be grabbed as he tried to chase after it.
Sadly this is one of the better pictures of Braden. We must be teething (note the red cheeks) as he wasn't in the best mood today. The only reason we got this pic. was because Brian snuck up on him to take it. Oh well, Mom and Dad had fun! Maybe next year will be different.

Aw...poor guy! That's ok, there will be many trips to the zoo in his future. ; ) Looks like fun though. We'll have to hit up the zoo when your here.
