More Canada

This is from a walk we went on down the road leading to the cottage. Braden had the best seat in the group. We had to resort to this because he kept running ahead of us and this was a way of keeping him close.

This is Brian's uncle, Steve. He is the youngest of Brian's mom's siblings and Braden adored him. He and his girlfriend, Kathy, stayed with us at Sunnyside, a cottage across the lake. Braden had just woken up from a nap when all the relatives arrived and was being a bit of a pill. He immediately took to Steve and even offered "Puppy" to share.

Braden's seat of choice during the stay was a Bug's Life chair borrowed from neighbors of the cottage. Here he is perfectly situated in front of the T.V. An atom bomb could have gone off at that moment and still wouldn't have phased him!

The great thing about the cottage is all the dirt. The fresh air and open spaces aren't too shabby either. Braden liked to sit out in the dirt and "write" with sticks.

Unfortunately this was as close as Braden got to the water for the most part. It was a bit on the chilly side. But he did get to watch a few crazy, (I mean brave) great-uncles, cousins, grandma and dad water ski from the steps of the dock.

What a great vacation we had, Braden is dreaming of next year and going on tube rides behind the boat!
